Aria's going to college in California, she needs to get away from Rosewood and all the skeletons that remain in her closet here. Things with Ezra were never the same after she found out about the book and it's finally time to move on. She's in the airport about to board the plane.

Aria never thought this day would come, the day that she looked ahead instead of backwards, the day where she no longer had to worry about getting a single text message that could ruin her life. She wouldn't have to worry about sneaking around with Ezra or deal with stares from curious students, she was finally free and about to get a new beginning. But deep down she knew this isn't the happy ending she wanted.

When Aria pictured college she pictured Ezra alongside with her, she pictured them finding a new little apartment where she would attend classes and he would write, as cliche as it was, it was what she had always pictured life after high school to be. But reality isn't as picture perfect as dreams, and with that Aria glanced down at her boarding pass once more to distract her wandering mind.

Just as she was approaching the front of the line, seconds away from leaving the small town of Rosewood to enter the big world in front of her, she heard her name being called from the distance. She first brushed it off knowing no one could be calling her since she had said her goodbyes to her family and friends the prior night and that there were a million other Aria's in the world.

But then it got louder, and as she turned to see the face that belonged to this persistent voice, she was met by the face of a familiar stranger making his way towards her.

"Aria" An out of breathe Ezra said as he finally reached Aria, who once recognizing Ezra stepped off the line.

"Wh-what are you doing here?" A shell-shocked Aria stuttered out, she could feel her heart beat racing out her chest, the same feeling she always got around him even after almost two years.

"I couldn't let you go, not before…" Ezra trailed off, trying to find the right words knowing that this was his once chance.

"Not before what Ezra?" Aria asked as she glanced back at the rapidly boarding plane that she should be on right now.

Ezra nervously ran his hand through tousled hair as he had a million times before and ran it down his face, grazing over his sharp jaw. "Don't get on the plane" He finally said.

"What?!" Aria asked, still trying to process why he had decided to do this now rather than any time before, he had known she was going to California and yet hadn't done anything about it then, she had just assumed he had moved on as well.

"I am so in love with you, please stay with me, don't go I can't imagine a life without you, I know I'm out of chances but please this can't be how it ends.." Ezra rushed out of his mouth.

"Ezra…" Aria managed to get out before she was quickly stopped by a desperate Ezra who wasn't letting the love of his life leave.

"I messed up, I'm a jerk, I'm sorry I should have fought for you but I thought I was doing the right thing…" Ezra said as a tear silently fell down his face.

Before Aria could think she found herself reaching up and wiping away the tear from his soft cheek and pressing her lips against his. Ezra brought Aria closer as she melted against his body, returning to a place she hadn't realized she missed so much. Behind them they heard clapping and small cheers from bystanders who witnessed their moment. Aria laughed into Ezra's lips as she realized they weren't actually in their own world and own little bubble.

"I am never letting you go, this is it" Ezra whispered to Aria as he stared into her big brown eyes that him fall in love with her over and over again. Aria let out a sigh of relief as she held Ezra tighter, knowing that this was her happy ending.
