Prologue

The amber sun cast a deep red glow across everything. Long, thin clouds were spread across the sky in different places. It was not too warm, and not too cold. The perfect ending to another great day on the island.

Sora, Riku, and Kairi were gathered around the Paupu Tree on the beach, watching the sun sink down into the horizon. There was nothing to be said, as the veiw was too beautiful for words. And, being finally back at the island, there was a sense of contentment surrounding the three from being away from each other this long.

But, silence couldn't stay forever, as they all knew. Although it was wonderful to have, it was also impossible to keep.

CRACK!

The trio all turned around to see a bright, white light shining up into the sky from the forest. As they sat there watching, frozen and puzzled, the light came back down to the ground. And, in one big flash of light, it was gone.

They all got up and, slowly but carefully, started making their way to where the light had come from. The feeling of sand under their feet soon changed to dirt, then a soft grass, then, hundreds of tress surrounded them as they kept walking.

"What do you think it was?" Sora questioned. "It could have been the Heartless or Nobodies..." said Riku. "But why would they come here now?" Kairi said. "Yea, Orginazation 13's pretty much toast, Malifacent's probobly buisy "redecorating" their castle to her liking, no one has sent us anything about any attacks, and been so peacefull lately..." Sora said. "That, and if it were any of darkness's doing, the why would there be a big lights show?" Riku said. Sora and Kairi nodded their heads in agreement, and they kept on going.

All three of them had been living there for as long as they could remember, and they had gone through the forest many times. In fact, they might as well have had a map in their hands at that very second. And usually when they came upon this part, they started hearing the noise of a small waterfall, and then soon after seeing said waterfall. But, for some reason, it was just as quiet as before, and they could tell something was wrong.

They all ran twards the center of the forest, where the waterfall was located. But it wasn't a waterfall anymore.

The whole entire thing had been crystalized. It was now a light pink with small, white, breakable little white crystalized puffs at the bottom where the water hit the ground. Accept the water was dried up now, there wasn't even any crystal there at all. It looked exactly the same accept for one thing...

There was a girl trapped inside.
