Rain fell hard on his hat as he ran to the dark building. The lightning flickered throughout the sky. Finally reaching his destination he stopped to catch his breath. Taking off the big black hat, he exposed his long silver hair. The hair draped his shoulders as he took off his black jacket.
"Riku come on, hurry up!" said Kairi as she ran downstairs to greet him. "I'm coming, I got to dry off. I'm not going onstage wet" said Riku as he smiled. "Fine, but hurry up!"
Upstairs was a small club. People sat at tables that were only lit by a candle. The stage had one mike and a drumming area. Everyone in the room was waiting for the musicians to start playing.
"Kairi did you find Riku?" asked an angry Leon. "He's downstairs getting ready"
"WHAT IM GOING TO GO DOWN THERE AND KILL HIM!" as Kairi tried to hold Leon back, Cloud walked up to them. "So, I can see that Riku isn't here yet" said Cloud while trying to calm down Leon. Sora ran up behind Cloud. "Come on, where is he?" said Sora as he pouted. "He'll be here soon, he's only downstairs"
Finally finished drying his hair with a towel, Riku started his way upstairs. As Riku reached his fellow band members a hard fist hit his chest. "WHY DIDN'T YOU COME SOONER? YOUR MAKING US LOOK BAD BY COMING LATE!" as Leon tried to kill Riku, Kairi walked up on stage.
"Here to perform for you is none other than 'The Kings of Hearts'"
