James was in his pick-up driving into town headed to his favorite bar, Wolf Saloon wanting to unwind after the fucked up work week he had it was yet another week of being given shitty matches that he was scheduled to loose to younger and more green talent it pissed him off even more just thinking about it now.
Growling to himself he pulled into the parking lot and got out he admittedly checked himself out in the reflection of his truck and he looked damn good if he says so himself wearing black boot cut jeans with his black cowboy boots he had a white button up with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and the top two buttons undone he had his black aviators on with his long sandy blonde hair straight wearing a black cowboy hat yeah he thought to himself i look sexy as fuck grinning to himself he walked in and went to the bar.
ordering a bottle of beer he sat down on the stool and scanned the crowd when his eyes ran across her-doing a double take to make sure he wasn't imagining things yeah it was her it was no doubt in his mind that it was paisley she looked beautiful with her short blonde hair and her gorgeous hazel green eyes she was wearing black leggings that clung to her small legs and was doing wonders for her ass if he did say so himself she had on just a plain white v-neck he could see her blue bra peaking through with a red and white checkered flannel over top with brown suede boots that added about an inch to her small 5'2" frame.
all in all she looked absolutely fucking amazing he could tell she was doing good since high school he decided to go say hi, grabbing his beer James walked over to where the blonde was laughing and goofing off with 2 brunettes beside her on the dance floor he was standing looking at the blonde remembering all they wicked things she could do with her body when the former turned and saw him standing there she smiled at him "well hello stranger do i know you?" god he thought her voice still sounded like bells he reached up and took his sun glasses off "well i hope i haven't changed that much since we last seen one another"
Paisley gasped and threw her arms around the taller mans chest all that she could reach without hanging awkwardly "James i haven't seen you since high school how have you been?" the brunettes sensing that the two former sweethearts wanted to catch up they made there excuses and left paisley and James sat for hours and just talked about everything their lives and work and even kids and marriage they were laughing when the bartender came over "sorry love bugs but were closing now and you need to leave" they nodded and walked out of the bar still laughing when they reached her small black VW bug they stood and looked around "well i guess ill see you around james" when paisley turned to get in her car he grabbed her arm "lee why did you marry that asshole after everything we went through with each other the day i told you i loved you you turn around and dump me for him"
smiling to her self she stood up on her tiptoes and kissed him on the mouth turning back and getting inside her car and starting it she looked up at him through the window "because James we all choose the love we think we deserve and i don't now nor have i ever deserved your love" with that she sped out of the parking lot and his life forever.
