Yumi dangled over the digital sea.

"Jeremy, bring me in!" She called.

Jeremy didn't answer. He couldn't hear her. The supercomputer was bugged up.

Deep down, Yumi knew that she was alone. No one was there to help her, to save her. Yumi felt herself losing her grip on the edge of the platform. She was going to fall.

Yumi saw her life flashing before her eyes. Jeremy, Odd, Aelita, Ulrich. Ulrich. She's do anything to see him just one more time.

Yumi lost her grip and plummeted into the vast sea of infinite numbers.

Ulrich felt more tears in his eyes. If he had been there, if he had saved her...Nothing lay ahead for him. Yumi had been the reason he stayed at Kadic Academy. And now she was gone.

If only he could see her just one more time…

And then, Ulrich had an idea. Yumi was in the digital sea. Who ever said that he couldn't join her?

Ulrich ran to the factory. He started up the virtualization process. The process that would take him to Yumi.

As Ulrich landed in Lyoko, he saw the place where Yumi had fallen. Ulrich ran over to it. He saw the sea. And he jumped into it.

Ulrich and Yumi lived in harmony together. They laughed and talked, and after a while, Jeremy stopped trying to retrieve them. They saw people they didn't recognize on Lyoko. But it didn't matter because they were together. For eternity.

Author's Note: It was meant to be angsty with a happy ending. "Shrug" Just to clear things up, Ulrich and Yumi were on Lyoko for about one hundred years.
