ANEL 3: A look at the streets. You see homeless people. A man with a large beard looking as if he hadn't slept for days. Another is a old man playing with a sock puppet. There's a billboard that says Cobblepot for Mayor, another says I believe in Harvey Dent, next to a trash can is a newspaper that says 'Who Is The Mysterious Red Hood?'
PANEL 4: Private Detective Edward Nygma walks right by the homeless man.
PANEL 5: Nygma is continuing to walk across.
PANEL 6: Walking.
PANEL 7: Walking.
PANEL 8: He walks into an alley.
PANEL 9: There's a shadowy figure behind him.

PANEL 2: There's a shadow behind Nygma.
WORD BALLOON: HEY!
PANEL 3: Nygma turns around he sees it is James Gordon alongside two of his goons.
NYGMA: NO! It's You…
PANEL 4: Gordon smiles.
GORDON: Oh Yes, Mr. Riddler. It is. Have you been trying to snitch on me. I've worked really hard to earn my position as the Duke of Gotham.
PANEL 5: A shot at Edward Nygma's scared face.
GORDON (Off Panel): It would be a shame if some little weasel were to screw it all up.
PANEL 6 : Edward Nygma talks as Gordon's goons grab onto him.
NYGMA: Please… DON'T!
GORDON: Or what... Are you going to tell us a riddle?
PANEL 7: The goons punch Nygma.
PANEL 8 : Nygma with a bloody nose.

PANEL 1: The goons are wiping themselves off talking to Gordon.
GOON # 1: You Think he'll live boss?
PANEL 2: Gordon pats him on the shoulder.
GORDON: Don't you worry. That shouldn't be our main priority. He will. I think so anyway?
PANEL 3: Gordon lights his cigarette.
PANEL 4: Gordon and his goons approach a black limousine.
GORDON: Now boys, I have a meeting with Mr. Wayne.

PANEL 1: An outside view of Wayne Manor. It looks a little bit like a gothic haunted house and is slowly becoming more and more decrepit and worn down.
PANEL 2: In the living room of Wayne Manor. Thomas Wayne Jr. and Boss Jim Gordon are drinking coffee, smoking and socializing and Gordon is smoking a cigarette with an ashtray next to him, Thomas Wayne is also smoking a pack of cigarettes.
GORDON: Nygma, The Consulting Detective for the GCPD was trying to weasel himself into finding out more about our business.
THOMAS JR.: I'm sure your boys did good work taking care of the job.
PANEL 3: A close shot of Thomas lighting another cigarette with a lighter that says "# 1 Dad".
GORDON: They did. But They could have done better.
PANEL 4: Close up on Boss Gordon with smoke all around.
GORDON: Apparently according to Bullock, there's been some guy in a Red Hood who's been snooping around our turf. Bullock tried to shoot him down but he got out of there pretty quickly.
PANEL 5: Thomas smiles.
THOMAS JR.: I know a guy.
PANEL 6 : Gordon looking around seeing all of the owl statues with owl masks and owls and owl nests.
PANEL 7: Just nothing but owls.
PANEL 8: Some pictures of his family pictures with Thomas Sr., Martha, Bruce and him and some ancestors of the Wayne family from the 1800's early 1900's.
PANEL 9: He looks directly at Thomas drinking a cup of coffee. He sees darkness in Thomas' eyes.

PANEL 1: A close up on Gordon.
GORDON: Why Owls Mr. Wayne?
PANEL 2:
THOMAS JR.: Heh. They are just a decoration. When I traveled the world I found some beautiful owls, I've always been fascinated by them since childhood. My mother and father never liked owls, Bruce was always scared.
PANEL 3: Thomas drinks his cup of coffee.
THOMAS JR.: I've always found a sense of comfort in owls…
PANEL 4: Gordon stands out of his chair.
GORDON: Pleasure doing business with you Mr. Wayne.
PANEL 5: They shake hands.
THOMAS JR.: Anytime Jim.
PANEL 6: Thomas smiles.
PANEL 7: Gordon is outside of the manor heading to his limo, Wayne watches him overhead atop of a balcony.
PANEL 8: Alfred approaches.
ALFRED: Are you ready Master Thomas?
THOMAS JR.: I'm always ready Alfred.
PANEL 9: Thomas smiles.
THOMAS JR.: Always.

PANEL 1: Thomas Jr. is in his owl cave.
THOMAS JR. (CAPTION): This is my best. This is where I was born… This is where I shed. This is where I began my path… To kill all the ones who deserved to meet death.
PANEL 2: Thomas is unbuttoning his shirt.
THOMAS JR. (CAPTION): No vengeance, only revenge hammering in my head. My Daddy told me he wanted to save Gotham, My Mommy told me she loved me she would keep me safe, Bruce told me they loved him… But Bruce didn't see what I saw.
PANEL 3: Thomas takes off his shirt.
PANEL 4: There's a series scars on his chest on his back. He looks in the mirror.
THOMAS JR. (CAPTION): He never felt the pain I have endured…
PANEL 5: A mirror image of Panel 4, Eighteen years ago. Thomas Jr. young looks in the mirror. He hears sticking and clicking.
THOMAS JR. (CAPTION): My Daddy— My father was a Doctor.
SFX: KLINT! KLACK!
PANEL 6: A young THOMAS JR. walks in to a room.
THOMAS JR. (CAPTION): As a Doctor he pledged an oath, he lived by a vow, a code… and on that day...
PANEL 7: Young THOMAS JR. is shocked.
THOMAS JR. (CAPTION): I learned all of that was just a facade for the monster that he truly was.
PANEL 8: THOMAS Jr. sees his father Thomas Sr. Cutting a man into pieces.
PANEL 9: THOMAS JR. appears behind his father.
THOMAS Jr.: Father? Father? Why—- are you.

PANEL 1: THOMAS SR. grabs onto Thomas Jr. and straps him onto an table.
Thomas Sr.: You won't understand Thomas? You never will.
THOMAS Jr.: Daddy please—- Daddy what's wrong! What did I do!
Thomas Sr.: You should never disturb me when I'm working.
PANEL 2: Thomas pulls out a knife.
PANEL 3: The shadow of Thomas Sr. cutting Thomas Jr.
SFX: Skint! Skint!
PANEL 4: Thomas Jr. running away. Terrified. As if he's seeing demons chasing him.
PANEL 5: Thomas approaches his mother who is reading Bruce who is just a toddler a story.
THOMAS Jr.: Mommy! Daddy cut me! He's killing people…
PANEL 6: Martha drags Thomas out holding a baseball bat.
MARTHA: We've given you everything! How dare you accuse your own father of such acts.
PANEL 7-8: Martha starts beating Thomas Jr.
SFX: WACK!

PANEL 9: Thomas looks up terrified.
THOMAS JR.: Mommy! Mommy!

MARTHA: Your father should have made a man out of you.

PANEL 1: Thomas Jr. now, staring in the mirror. Almost identical to Panel 11, Panel 4.
THOMAS Jr.: Mommy. Daddy. Bruce.
PANEL 2: THOMAS JR. Laughs.
Thomas Jr. (CAPTION): Dead. All three of them. They are all irrelevant. They just mean one thing and one thing only.
PANEL 3: Thomas' back has hundreds of little owl marks.
PANEL 4: He puts three fingers on the first three of the tiny marks.
THOMAS JR. (CAPTION): They were my first kills.
PANEL 5: Thomas looks up at his Owlman costume.
THOMAS JR. (CAPTION): On that day.
PANEL 6: The Clock zoom in on 10:18.
THOMAS JR. (CAPTION): That time.
PANEL 7: Thomas smiles.
THOMAS JR. (CAPTION): I became everything I was meant to be.
PANEL 8: Thomas puts the Owl gloves on.

PANEL 3: Boss Gordon and other gangsters are sitting around a round table in the building.
PANEL 4: A mysterious figure in a Red Hood appears.
RED HOOD: Your not getting away with this one boys.
PANEL 5: Boss Gordon and his Gangsters pull out their guns.
BOSS GORDON: What in the Hell-
PANEL 6: Boss Gordon and his Gangsters begin shooting at The Red Hood who is running away.
BOSS GORDON: He's trying to screw with our operation!
PANEL 7: Owlman jumps over Boss Gordon and the other gangsters.
OWLMAN: Here I am. I'll take it from here.
BOSS GORDON: It's the giant Owl guy.
PANEL 8: Owlman chases down Red Hood.
PANEL 9: Owlman continues to chase him on the bridge above a series of vats of chemicals.

PANEL 1: OWLMAN tackles Red Hood.
OWLMAN: So tell me, Why is it that you wear a hood?
RED HOOD: Why do you wear a damn mask, you criminal?
PANEL 2: Close Up on Owlman.
RED HOOD: You got something to hide?
PANEL 3: Close up on Owlman smiling.
OWLMAN: No but I think you do?
PANEL 4: Owlman takes off his mask.
PANEL 5: THOMAS JR.: My name is Thomas? What's your name.
PANEL 6: Red Hood backs up.
RED HOOD: Stay Back! Please! No!
THOMAS JR.: What's wrong? Scared?
PANEL 7: Owlman/Thomas Jr. pushes Red Hood off the bridge.
PANEL 8: Red Hood falls into the acid.
PANEL 9: The Acid.
SFX: SPLASH!
PANEL 10: Owlman puts his mask back on.
OWLMAN: Thought so?
PANEL 11: The mob bosses clap.
OWLMAN: Heh. Don't get your hopes up. This is all my turf now.
PANEL 2: Owlman throws blades at the different bosses.

PANEL 1: One Mob Boss is stabbed.

OWLMAN: I know we have formed this sort of friendship around my father… and you reminding me of my father, but I forgot to tell you one small detail.
PANEL 6: Owlman takes out the blade in Gordon's leg.
PANEL 7: He stabs it in again.
OWLMAN: I hated my father.
PANEL 8: Gordon screams.
GORDON: AAAA!

He decapitates all everyone in the room.

PANEL 1: Gotham City Police Department
PANEL 2: There is an office door that says E. NYGMA CONSULTING DETECTIVE.
PANEL 3: Nygma reads case studies involving Thomas Wayne Jr.
PANEL 4: He sees a photo of James Gordon and Thomas Wayne Jr.
PANELS 5-11: He finds a criminal record of Thomas Wayne Jr. that he has been since childhood involved in various incidents where he broke someone's arm, on charge for multiple accounts of aggravated assault, there's a trace of different names from Mikel Marlowe, to Matches Malone several identities of serial killers who all turn out to go back to one name. Thomas Wayne Jr. and there's also a mugshot. He sees that everything he has bought all of the receipts trace back to Owlman.
PANEL 12: Shocked Edward Nygma.
NYGMA: Woah.

PANEL 1: Owlman rushes into The Ace Chemical Plant.
OWLMAN: Red Hood, we meet again.
PANEL 2: Owlman clenches his fist. Angry.
RED HOOD: I've been waiting for this moment for awhile now?
RED HOOD: Now that Vat Of Chemicals… That wasn't easy to get over…
PANEL 3: RED HOOD takes off his hood.
PANEL 4: You see his skin is pale white, his hair is green.
PANEL 5: Owlman begins to laugh.
OWLMAN: Pfft. How pathetic. You are just a clown that took a dip in the acid bath.
PANEL 6: Joker points to himself.
JOKER: I am Gotham's White Knight! I'm striking terror into the hearts of criminals! Like You!
PANEL 7: Owlman continues to smile at him.
OWLMAN: You're really funny. Ironically so.
JOKER: Don't you dare laugh at me!
PANEL 7: JOKER growls and screams.
JOKER: AAAAA!

OWLMAN: It's just boring.

OFFICER KYLE: THOMAS WAYNE! You are under arrest for the murder of 227 people.
PANEL 2: Owlman takes off his mask.
PANEL 3: Thomas Jr. smiles.
THOMAS: Only if you can catch me? Meow.
PANEL 4: Thomas snaps The Joker's neck.
PANEL 5: He nonchalantly walks away.
PANEL 6: He throws a smoke bomb and disappears.
PANEL 7: He holds a transmitter or something and it creates a portal to another dimension.
PANEL 8: He sees various parallel worlds from across DC Comics history. The regular world where Bruce Wayne was Batman, a future with Bruce's son as Batman, and so on.
PANEL 9: Thomas looks up and smiles.
THOMAS: Time to find another me.
