Onodera's Outlook Part 1/?

Nanako "Kosaki! Come downstairs and eat before you head off to school. It's your first day you don't want to show up on an empty stomach."

Kosaki "I'll be down in a second mom just finishing getting dressed." Alright, I think I've got everything let's go get some breakfast. Wait! I forgot my necklace grabbing it from a drawer she puts it on over her uniform. Alright now I've got everything!

Haru "Good morning sis! That uniform looks good on you. I really like Bonyari's first year tie color."

Kosaki "Thanks Haru. So what's for breakfast?"

Haru "Oh! I helped mom make it! They are French style crepes with bananas"

Kosaki "They are so cute! I love how you designed it. Mom when can I help you make breakfast?"

Nanako "Err umm well… I'll let you decorate the meal next time I promise. Anyway are you ready for your first day? I remember my first day of high school. The clubs the activities, the boys."

Kosaki "Geez mom! It's always boys with you! I don't like anyone besides it's my first year of high school I'm so young, and I don't like anyone, and anyways."

Haru "Then what about the Prince you keep telling me about?"

Nanako "Oooooo a Prince?! What's this about a Prince? Could it have something to do with that necklace your always carrying around? Ya! That's right I still see you lost in thought while fidgeting with that necklace."

Kosaki "It's not like that! Besides… I don't remember who gave me this necklace. But! Haru! You weren't supposed to tell mom you know how she gets. There isn't a Prince anyways I have to get going or I'm going to be late."

Nanako "So do you think they are in the same class Haru?"

Kosaki interrupting Haru before she gets a chance to speak "I don't know what class anyone is in yet but hope… err I don't know who you guys are talking about blushing I'm going to head off to school now"

Nanako "Ooohh have a good day at school today! Hopefully you run into your Prince!"

Onodera while walking away she hears this in the background "So is he cute?" "I don't know she says he is and super sweet and kind" "Really do you think he'll be able to help run our store? And what about you when are you going to find your Prince" "I think I'm going to head out to I've got to meet up with my friend Fuu" Looking down at her necklace I hope today goes well! I hope I end up in the same class as Ichijo.

This is a working title I might change it. I plan on rewriting the story from Onodera's perspective. I might stay faithful to the source material or diverge a bit. Haven't decided yet I'll know when the time comes I suppose. I don't know if I'll keep this play type dialogue set up just had some trouble settling on a format. I tried to keep the essence of the characters, I recognize I may have failed here so please let me know. As the story/my writing develops hopefully it'll become closer to the real characters. Let me know if the characters were close (enough) to the real ones. Let me know if you liked the format or suggestions on a future format. Any other critique or praise are welcome, particularly critiques.
