This is a Ode to 2010 like the title says that's really about it. Its a poem that I wrote at the being of the year and forgot about till now.

This is a little poem that I found saved on my computer that I wrote around New Years and thought I'd put it up for no real reason.

Ode to 2010

Ode to 2010

A year which went by in a blink of an eye

And will always be missed

For both the good and bad

How I will never forget

The way you have brought me so many friends

To bring smiles to my face

But also the death of things familiar

Ode to 2010

Who gave me a period to find myself

Let me live out my doubts

And gave me time to experience my joys

That will always be continued as my life goes

I must remember the time changes

With the seasons

From hot to cold

Ode to 2010

That without you

No one would be what we are now

In all aspect of life

Even if you brought a plague

Of rain on sunny California

And change of powers in the systems

For the world to see

Ode to 2010

That shall be remembered

For eternity

As a distant memory

Of change
