Percy POV.
After the great war, All the campers and me were granted immortality, Then 1 week after we were granted immortality, A kid came running down the hill from Thalia's tree with a hellhound not far behind, I ran up the hill and slayed the Hellhound, Then the kid pushed me over and grabbed my sword. "I killed the Monster" He shouted, And then Annabeth came running and yelled at me for not helping him. "How could you not help him!" she yelled! I said i did, But then everyone said i did not. After 1 month of having to deal with the new kid, Mark was his name he has basically convinced most of the camp that he was better then me, Poseidon declared that Mark was his new favorite Son. Now i only had Thalia, Nico and Annabeth. I decided to go ask Athena for permission to marry Annabeth, She said i have to complete the 12 labors of hercules to propose to Annabeth, So i left that night to complete the quest. It took me a month but i Finally finished, I asked Annabeth to meet me at the beach that night. That night as i walked to the beech. I saw two people kissing a lot on a bench, It was a blonde girl and Mark, Then i heard something that broke my heart, "I love you Mark, A lot better then Percy." And then they kissed again. I dropped what i was holding, A diamond incrusted sea-green Ring. Annabeth heard it clatter to the ground
Annabeth POV.
I saw Percy, His face frozen in Horrer and betrayal. "Percy, this isn't what it looks like", I managed to say before he cut me off " It isn't?!" He shouted. "It looks like you were cheating on me!" He Screeched and walk away, A single tear slid down my face and i picked up what he dropped. An engagement ring. With AC+PJ engraved in it. I started to walk away but Mark started Kissing me again so i couldn't leave. After about 10 minutes i told Mark i had to go, I went to the Poseidon cabin but found no-one inside, The sheets were ripped, with all the pictures of me, Smashed in the middle of the room, There was blood on the sheets, and bloody footprints leading out the door. I started to cry, realizing i had made a major mistake.
Percy POV
I stormed into the forest, And just kept on walking, After a week of walking i finally set up camp, when a Vortex appeared and a middle aged man came out of it. "Who are you?" I said uncapping Riptide. "I am Chaos, created of the universe." He declared, "And i am here to offer you a position within Chaos army." He commented. After being betrayed by the entire camp. I said "Yes." And followed him into the Vortex.
