Is romance still possible?
Clementine woke up by little Aj crying but soon got soothed to go to sleep again.
"Sorry Clem" Rebecca said
"That's ok I wasn't sleeping anyway" Clementine said trying to not make her feel bad.
Clementine stood up and she rubbed her eyes then went outside.
"Hey Clem what you doing up?" Kenny asked the eleven year old
"I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep so I came out here" Clem said,Kenny nodded "but don't stay up to late we've got a big day tomorrow" Kenny said,Clem nodded.
Clementine walked over to Luke who looked lost in thought with his legs to his chest.
"Hey Luke" Clem said as she sat down next to Luke,he jumped a little at her being next to him.
"Oh hey Clem didn't see you there" Luke said as he shook his head
"Yeah I can see that" Clem said as she laughed
"Heh heh yeah" Luke said and went back to getting lost in thought
"Whatcha thinking about?" Clem asked
"N...nothing just nothing" Luke said
"Are you sure?"
"Ok fine,I'm just thinking about Jane" he said sounding defeated
"What about Jane?"
"Just...do you think romance is still you know...possible?"
"Well I guess so,remember how I told you about Lee?"
"Yeah I remember you talking about him" Luke said
"Well in my old group there was this girl called Carley,she and Lee were close but now I think about it I think they were flirting, one day she asked to talk to Lee up on the balcony,i thought maybe since my birthday was coming up that they were planning something for me so I sneaked up the stairs then when I got up and hid behind the wall,so Carley didn't see me then I looked up and I heard he called her small and I thought that was funny,I looked up again and she kissed him on the cheek and said "don't call me small" so yeah I think romance is still possible" Clem said
"Why did he call her small?" Luke said
"I don't know maybe because she was small?" Clem said as she shrugged he shoulders.
"You should get to bed now Clem" Luke said
"Ok hope you and Jane hit it off" she said as she looked over at Jane's sleeping form in the gift shop and laughed.
"Good night Clem" Luke groaned and Clementine laughed as she walked away.
But Luke couldn't figure out why he called her small.
