Dimitry called his daughter at home.
"Sam?" he asked after she said hello.
"Dad?" she replied with a question to his question.
"Are you ready to go?" he asked.
"Yea," she answered, "I'll see you in a couple of hours."
She was getting ready to leave for the airport so she could meet her dad and the rest of the jackass crew in LA.
"Okay," he said, "Bye."
She hung up the phone and walked outside to her boyfriend Seth's car.
"Ready?" he asked taking her bags.
"Yea," she replied and took a deep breath. She'd be gone for… She didn't know how long.
She kissed Seth goodbye as she walked up to the security checkpoint.
"Well…" he began, "See ya."
She waved goodbye and blew him a kiss.
"Bye," she mouthed the word.
When the plane landed 3 hours later at LAX; Sam was excited to see her dad and meet new people. She visited the set while filming the Television show, but that was years ago.
Sam walked down to baggage claim and looked for her bags. She saw her first suitcase rolling along on the conveyer belt. She pounced at it.
"Gotcha," she whispered silent praise.
After she grabbed her second suitcase she walked out of the airport. She was 5'6" and had a pixie cut black hair. She had blue eyes and a petite figure. She had 3 tattoos; a jackass symbol, because of her dad on her shoulder, a tiny black heart on her neck and a heartagram symbol underneath her wrist. She got that one because of Bam. He and she were good friends. As she walked out into the sunny LA weather she looked for her dad.
"Sam?" a voice wondered. She looked to the voice and saw Ehren; hotter than ever. He had shaggy black hair and looked like he lost weight. She shook her head and smiled.
"Hi," she said warmly. She couldn't shake his hand because she had 2 suitcases and a backpack containing her skateboard. She shrugged and laughed.
"Oh!" he exclaimed, "Let me help you."
"Thanks," she said giving him her one suitcase.
He pointed toward the parking lot and explained, "This way,"
"Um… Thanks for picking me up," she told him, "But where's my dad?"
"Oh, he had to work," he explained, "Last minute thing."
"Oh…" she trailed off.
Ehren looked at her sunken face and said, "Don't worry, you'll seem him soon."
