Authors note: just a mini idea I had yesterday and decided to give a shot at, not sure how well it worked :/ anyway, it's meant to be as if several of the woman who've been close to the doctor are asked casually to tell their story and then those stories are edited together-or that's how it started in my head. See how many of them you can guess if you want!
