Since the beginning of time, Puella Magi have been in a never ending cycle; they contract with an Incubator, Become a Puella Magi, and eventually perish one way or the other. This cycle is accompanied by another called the Puella Magi food Chain; Witches prey on the humans; more preferably the weak ones; then the Puella Magi go after the Witches, only to turn into one themselves. For seven years, someone has been trying to meddle with the cycle; stopping contracts, killing Magical girls, and defeating witches with the only important part left is figuring out how to get the Incubators to leave. In the same town where this mysterious girl seems to appear the most, a Puella Magi Duo resides, two of the few Magical Girls that were able to slip away from her grasp and had contracted. However, where there are Puella Magi, there could be an Incubator lurking about. Incubators look for girls with Magical Potential, and then they become chosen. These said chosen ones could be another exception and slip out of the Mysterious girls grasp, becoming Puella Magi themselves.
