Holy Hell Weasel! Alison died?! What the foosh?!
Well, let me tell ya this, no freaking way is she dead in my mind! Yeah, in my story, she lives on!
Hope you enjoy.
Chris Argent stared as his daughters unmoving body lay in the McCall boys arms. He couldn't believe it, wouldn't believe it.
"What happened?" He asked, his voice thick with grief as tears tracked down his face.
"The Oni stabbed her when she killed one of them." Kira had tears drenching her face. "She shouldn't have been able to kill it. No one can kill an Oni!"
Isaac stood up, blood scabbing on his wounds, he ran towards Alison and Scott, both boys, no, men openly sobbing.
They were all sobbing. Suddenly, they saw a tiny firefly float gently towards the dead girl. It settled on her stomach.
Kira's mother slowly walked towards the dead girl, her daughter clinging to her side. "There is more to this then you see." She crouched next to her and cupped her hands, immediately the firefly flew towards it. "Only Gods can kill Oni."
"But Alison wasn't a Goddess, she was human!" Scott yelled.
"Was she? So you didn't notice any similarities between her and a particular Greek Goddess? I believe it was Artemis, patron of the hunt, and excellent archer too."
"But Alison was human." Chris' voice was heavy with regret. They all heard the unspoken 'that's why she died'.
"She may not have been a deity, but she was protected by one." Kira's mother released the firefly. "Did you know that Artemis also represented the moon?"
They all looked up, and saw a white, round moon hanging above their heads. "It's not a full moon tonight." Kira whispered.
They once again looked down towards Alison, only to see her pale skin glowing, reflecting the moonlight. "Guys." Scott's face was molded into an expression of astonishment. "She's healing!"
It was only moments later that she opened her eyes, tears still fresh in them. "What happened?" She rubbed her chest. "Why do I fell like I've just been stabbed?"
Chris felt a new wave of tears cascade down her face. He smiled in relief and took his daughter out of Scott's arms and into his own.
He knew he still had to warn them about the hunter who had shot at the twins, but for now, he was just going to hold the last important woman in his life.
One thing the old Kitsune had forgotten to mention, was that the hunters of Artemis, hunted Werewolves. With silver arrows no less.
So yeah, I get that it's a bit far fetched, but I reeeeeaaaaaaally wanted Alison to live, and this seemed to fit it pretty well.
Hope you guys liked it, read and review.
