Judith is desperate to find a hiding spot, she cant be it again. she begins down the hall way for a hiding spot seeing an open door. realizing it's Daryl's he'd help her. She sees something, anybody rarely sees. she's promised to keep a Secret.

"1 2 3" one of the rescued children from terminus said counting up to 10.

Judith was well on her way to her 4th birthday, she and a small group of children were now playing hide and go seek. She ran around the small open space, they were aloud. She looked over, Beth had been working over the stove and Carol had been folding laundry.

She needed to hurry, as she ran around the space, all the good spots were already taken, she panicked running into the hallway. She really didn't want to be it again, when she saw one of the doors cracked open; she walked up pushing the door open to see it was Daryl's room. She knew he would help.

He had been on midnight watch; it had been so humid that he had sweat though his clothes. Coming in just as the sun came up he slipped off his shirts and boots, only staying in his blue jeans. He crawled into his bed; it had been a couple hours since the end of his shift. He was always a light sleeper, but when he felt movement on is bed he leaned forward grabbing the intruder.

"Ouch" he heard a small voice call in shock.

Opening his eyes, he looked over to see little ass kicker on his bed, her eyes were wide as her hands held onto his hands that grasped her shirt. He amidentity let go of her, sitting up "what are ya doin in ere?" he asked, a little annoyed. Judith began to sniff

"Don't cry, ass kicker" he said scooping her up and placing her in his lap. She looked up at him her brown curls getting in her face. He moved them away tucking them behind her ear.

"Hide and don't peek" she said quietly

"Your favorite game huh?" he chuckled at her "need me ta help?" he asked she nodded quickly.

"Let me get dressed" he said setting her beside him, she watched as he sat his feet on the floor. His open back to her "ouchies" she asked, as she touched his back tracing the scars with her fingers. He jumped at the touch, looking back at her.

"ouchies" she replied

"Yea, they don't hurt no more though" he replied

He leaned forward, slipping one of his shirts over his head. "Our little secret okay?" he said and she nodded. "na lets go find you a hidden spot" he said helping her off the bed, as she ran out of the room he followed after her.
