Prologue: The Decisive Predetermined Fate
The sky was dark. It was raining heavily. A very young man was lying in a pool of blood, formed by the thousands of decapitated corpses lying around him. He himself was missing both his arms. But, that wasn't the source of his pain or distraught. There was something else that hurt more him deeply. He stared at the dark black clouds as though looking at the universe with his fractured eyes.
"Why did we lose ?" he started to murmur. "Why did he... renounce us ?"
Soon his pain and despair was transforming into anger.
"My... soul... It... I cannot rest until I know !" he let out in frustration.
"Haikyo... you must save your energy" said another person while dragging his body towards him. The person was missing his lower half of his body. He had a light red skin with a white Mohawk. And from the number of wrinkles on his face he looked older than Haikyo.
"My child... I am here" he said as he started to use his powers to heal him.
"Just hold on for a little longer, we will..." before he could continue further Haikyo eyes closed and he died. And, at the same time there was a loud thunder from the sky and a sudden gust of wind. The sudden gust of wind and the thunder felt as though they were the manifestation of the universe's grievance over the loss of this soul.
Now all that laid in the field were souls destined for eternal retribution. But, these souls had a special purpose in the cosmos. A necessary purpose needed for the parity of the primordial Ki that makes up the cosmos.
