She started running. She felt free, more than ever before in her life. Her breaths came in short gasps, her heart was beating a thousand miles per seconds, and she didn't feel the wind in her eyes or her sore muscles anymore.

"Jethro!"

She called but he didn't answer. So she called again, this time stopping and taking her breath back. But still, he remained oblivious to her presence. So she resumed running, until she finally came so close she could touch him. What a surprise it will be, she thought. She extended her hand towards his shoulders and leaned forward.

"Peekaboo!" she jumped on him.

But to her most dreadful horror, her hands, and all the rest of her, went straight through him, and she was sent stumbling past her husband. She turned to him, shocked. Looking closely at his face, she saw sadness, anger, despair, sorrow, but his tear-filled eyes didn't seem to see her. He was fixing something afar. She followed his gaze, and fell lower than she ever had. Just a few feet away, there, in the grass, was a stone.
