Okay I've never written anything like this before... It's kinda different from what I first imagined it to be, but I'm pretty satisfied.
As I've said, I'm in love with Miwa's smile. It's perfect.

That smile. That beautiful smile, gracing those beautiful lips. It's without a doubt one of the most beautiful things he has ever seen. And even after seeing it so many times, for it's always there, it's still as stunning as it was when it first pulled him out of the darkness.
Miwa flashes his trademark smile at Kai, but something in that smile is different from the smile he shows to others. This smile, it is silently telling the lonely brunette the very thing he wants to know the most. That someone loves him, even after everything what happened.
The cheerful blonde collects his deck after a victorious match and runs to Kai, his grin melting into a loving, warm smile, sure to melt anyone who sees it. For a brief moment, Kai feels like he wants to cry of happiness; Miwa's smile is something so utterly gorgeous and he thinks he can't take anything so stunning.
Because he doesn't deserve it. He's tainted, he's impure, he's gloomy and sinister and he's done so much bad. The blonde, on the other hand, is the kindest, purest and brightest person Kai has ever seen. He fears that his sun will leave him, see how he deserves so much better than what the stoic brunette can ever give him.
But Miwa seems to be oblivious to this fact. He claims he loves Kai, whispers loving words and comforts him whenever he's feeling even a bit down (quite often). For he loves Kai. He loves this little grumpy brunette whom he calls his little fighter, knowing everything he's been through and fearing that his love won't be enough to heal his wounds.
And whenever he visits Kai, the first thing he does is smiling. Smiling that sunny, glacier-melting smile, wiping away all the sadness, sorrow, guilt, undervaluing, anguish, anxiety, everything bad there is. It only leaves the warm feeling of being loved, and that's when they both know. They're not going anywhere, they're staying, they love each other and need each other.
And that's when Miwa knows he's needed. That's when Kai knows he's loved. And everything in the world is perfect for that short moment.
And just because I can:
OMG LEGION MATE DESIGNS! I mean, they're soooooooo awesome! And the main character of Legion Mate is Kai, ne? So naturally, that should mean more Miwa too~ AND THE ENDING VIDEO! It's just so adorable~
