Nienor
Hands of scalloped leaves
Cast deft shadow puppets
Gliding over supple skin
To kiss away the sleep, before
Her crashed foam thoughts
Feel devouring eyes
Limply swallow anew
She is dragging
Back to that island hill
Where fog's wisp phantoms
Charred mind
Nightmares smolder
Underneath old ashes
Gaunt brambles plague the gauntness
The phantoms leave
Forced out through her lips
Poison from a wound
They sail upon her sigh
That's so deftly caught
By puppet hands
'Till sunlight kiss the child once more
