Annie And Adam
Annie was watching the news. "he's escaped again" she thought to herself, "will they ever cage him up for good?" Adam had always come back to Annie, He had diluted himself that Annie loved him. Annie had never been scared of him, not when he tried to kidnap her, not when he proposed to her over her mother's body.
Annie knew Adam would never hurt her. She was on her way to work when she saw a pair of familiar eyes in the rear mirror. She knew it was Adam. For once she was scared.
Adam's eyes were blood shot, the delicate softness was lost. He had left the love in his eyes in the jail cell. The jail cells that was splattered with fresh blood, innocent blood.
Annie sped up, trying to escape her new worst nightmare. Annie was shocked when the eyes in the mirror did not move further back. He had to be on the car. The eyes were unblinking. Staring as if they could see her soul. He was on the roof.
Annie's only hope was that a pedestrian had seen him and was calling the police. But she had no such luck. There was a metallic screeching on the roof. A knife was being dragged over the roof, slowly precisely. Adam did has he planed. He open the roof. He was able to get her where he wanted her now. She had never loved him. But he would make her. Even if it was the last thing he ever did.
A familiar hand flashed in front of Annie's face. Adams hands took over the steering wheel. The car started to swerve and career towards the far end of the city.
He was taking her to the place they had first met.
