Batman never got involved in the lives of his enemies, unless it was to use the information gathered against them. So if Harley Quinn looked more shaken than usual when she bought Joker some time, he didn't notice. If she was sore in places he hadn't hit her in recently, he didn't say anything. If she would try to run more often than she used to, rather than fight him in the name of her Puddin', he didn't mention it. If her eyes were wet and red with tears, he didn't act like it.
And he most certainly didn't care.
So, it's quite a bit shorter than what I usually write. And cheesier. But you know what makes stuff like this better the next time?
