Disclaimer:All of the characters are the property of Dick Wolf. I thank him, the writers, the directors and all the great actors who brought them "to life" for our benefit. Any "liberties" I have taken with them stems from my fond admiration (and a few personal quirks I will seek "help" for).
AN: This story is not set within the accepted "canon" for the characters as it is only officially portrayed by the TV series. So I get to "fool around" with them in ways in which they've never been seen, stretching that to the limit and suspending the "reality" that is "fiction" to start with…now there's a contradiction in terms!!!
(And yeah Goren I know the proper word for that is oxymoron…I expect y'all know what "antidisestablishmentarianism" is as well)With apologies to everyone associated with a great movie with a "similar" title…
MIDNIGHT IN THE ALLEY OF GOOD AND EVIL
It was very dark in the alley with the damp cobbles glistening in the moonlight as Bobby Goren and Alex Eames entered it in a hurry. He kind of pushing her ahead and her half dragging him by the handful of his overcoat she had hold of. Her back bounced slightly off the wall as she almost threw herself against it. Bobby stepped in close to her.
"We should have done this months ago" he hissed in her ear "It's been driving me crazy"
"I know Bobby I know" she was getting breathless in anticipation and with excitement as she shoved aside the edges of his coat and reached inside it.
"You're sure you want to do this?" Bobby was fumbling clumsily in his own haste
"Of course" Eames breathed and then gasped as Bobby's huge hand got hold of her wrist.
"Here" he whispered hoarsely not forcing her hand, which was willing after all, but guiding it down and forward.
Holding it as her palm stroked along the length. Its hardness re-assuring and yet oddly smooth as Bobby let go. Her fingers curled round and under. The girth in beautiful proportion as she took the weight in her hand.
"Been a while since I did this" she murmured getting a firmer grip and pulling it carefully towards her.
"I'm sure you'll be great" Bobby said softly.
He got hold of a baseball bat as Eames took Goren's nightstick and they advanced down the alley. To where he was sure the large rat's nest beside his apartment block was to be found.
AN : No animals were harmed in the writing of this story and details of any other "nightstick" Bobby might have are retained in my private collection…mwahahahahaha!!!
