Tears streaming down his face, the cloaked figure ran through Hyrule town. He turned a corner into a dark alley and hid in the shadows until several guards ran past. He leaned against the wall and slid down to the ground, thinking of why all this had happened.

I thought they were okay with me…I thought they had forgiven me…How could they have lied to me like that?! Master Ezlo sent me to "spend some time with people my age" since I'm always at studying at home. Of course, Master thought that I would be allowed to stay; that someone there might actually want to be my friend…But everyone still remembers what I did.

I suppose I can't blame them for hating me, but I…Even someone like me needs friends, right? I didn't expect them to welcome me into their arms, but I didn't think they'd chase me away either…

Wind started blowing fast and toppled a few market stands over. Eventually, it all began to surround the lone figure in a sort of cyclone, moving forcefully in his fury. After moving several items left around the town, it lessened, shifting from anger and rage to regret and hopelessness.

No one likes me…I have no purpose, I can never do anything useful…The only thing that I could do to make everyone happy would be to die…I…deserve to die, don't I? After all I've done; all the destruction I've caused…

The breeze calmed and the air ceased movement. Only around the sorcerer did it move sorrowfully. Then, the sorcerer called upon the wind, his only friend, to help him one last time. A sharp gust of air came around the figure and directed its blast at his neck, acting as a blade, and ending his depressing existence. The air silenced and became lifeless, never to move again.
