A Writer's Mind

I am an active writer and a curious reader.

I wonder if I'll become famous for a novel I write.

I hear air crafts crashing to earth as blaster fire whistles past.

I see a duel to the death between former friends with ancient swords.

I want to go to the imaginary world inside my head.

I am an active writer and a curious reader.

I pretend to be fighting alongside my protagonists to defend the world from evil monsters.

I feel the exhilaration of the fast paced novels I read and write.

I touch the cold hand of a fallen warrior.

I worry I may never be finished with my novel.

I cry when a character dies.

I am an active writer and a curious reader.

I understand that all good stories must come to an end.

I say, embrace 'nerd-dom'.

I dream about a young boy reunited with his brother after years of being apart.

I try to be an astounding writer and reader.

I hope people will read and enjoy my stories once I am done with them.
