'Lavender…again'

Minori Akari shifted slightly from her position inside her sister's room as she look at Airi spray the bottle of lavender to herself. She wasn't fond of the smell and she knows that her twin Airi isn't fond of it as well, but it was an order from their 'mother' so Airi had no choice but to follow. They're twins but they weren't that near to the bond of real sisters since Akari doesn't follow their 'mother' whereas Airi follows every order given to her, so to make herself useful she's the maid of the house.

"Give me my clothes"

Well, sometimes they play the role of the master and the slave.

"Here…" Akari handed Airi her clothes which were neatly folded and stand up from her place. This was their routine everyday, although she was treated as a slave, she couldn't ask for more because what her sister's going through is much more difficult than the chores that she had to do.

"Akari, I have something to ask of you" Airi whispered in a hushed tone as she approached Akari slowly, her eyes looking from left to right checking if their so called parents were there. Akari frowned as she saw how her sister moved and clearly, this is not a small favor to ask.

"What?" She asked, uncertain.

"I want you to switch places with me" Akari blinked a few times when she heard Airi and the word switch, she then knew that something was up. She didn't like Airi when during the time they were adopted. Yes, they were adopted. Their real parents had abandoned them and they don't know where they are so they were entrusted to an orphanage and when they were 7, they were adopted. Their bond was inseparable before since they were often bullied by the children inside the orphanage but Akari often stood up for the two them since she was the stronger one and they had lots of fun but after being adopted they started to drift away from each other and from then on, Airi became the dominating one.

"What are you saying?" Akari felt a lump in her throat, unable to process what Airi was telling her. Most of time, Airi just ignores her and just treats her like a maid, but by asking her to switch with her it was as if she was begging her to switch places with her.

"I said I want you to switch places with me" Akari frowned. Her voice changed suddenly and she noticed that their 'mother' was back.

'What is wrong with her?' Akari thought as Airi pushed her back against the wall. Airi was glaring her now. Iif earlier she was begging, now she was commanding.

"You know very well that I can't do that" Airi rolled her eyes and lifted Akari's chin, forcing her to look at Airi.

"So what? Aren't you just my slave? You don't do half of the dirty things that I'm doing for us"

'Us'

Akari's breath hitched. She was right, what she was doing now wasn't even compared to what Airi was doing. She knew hatred dripped out from every word she said it was clear that she hated her.

"They would kill us if they find out about this"

"So what? Every word that I say, they believe…After all I am much more reliable than you are"

Akari glared at Airi and bit her lip. It wasn't like she was against it, it's actually quite the opposite, she liked the idea. Excitement surged all throughout her body as she thought of the school Airi was going.

"Why are you doing this Airi?"

"I don't think I need to explain myself but frankly, it's boring" Airi got a cigarette from her pocket and light it up "The people in that school, they are all boring. They don't know anything about fun…Maybe a few does but not everyone is fun to be with. I have to force my way through everyone and it is absolutely tiring"

"Airi, it's a school." Akari said deadpan.

"Not like your school though" She looked at Akari and grinned. "Your school is fun"

"I can't believe you're doing this"

"I can't believe you're even saying this to me and also, it's hard to fish out money from people who are just goody-two-shoes"

"What?"

"She sent me there to extort money from old geezers like the principal and teachers and of course to seduce young men, but the principal and all the teacher were replaced this year so I have no choice but to start all over again, but this time, the principal is just an annoying piece of shit. Anyways, this conversation is just stupid. I'm going or else she's going to rant to both of us"

"Wait…Airi!"

"One word and I'll make sure you suffer this hell I'm going through" the glare from Airi was frightening and it made Akari gulped.

'What am I going to do now? Oh Kami-sama…"

Riiiiiing

"Moshi Moshi?"

"Akari! Where are you?"

"Shinji?"

"I've been waiting for you for 30 minutes now"

"Listen Shinji, you go on ahead to school, I'm not going today" 'What school? It's a hellhole"

"What?"

"I'll explain it to you next time we meet, I'm just in a hurry"

"Ok"

"Ok..."

"I love you!" Akari's face flushed and her lips slowly smiled.

"I love you too Shinji"

'It's alright. Even if Airi makes me face this as long as she doesn't steal Shinji away from me then I'll be fine'

Hi Guys! It's been awhile since I updated the story and I have to tell all of you, that I'm going to rewrite the story starting from the first chapter. I haven't been watching or replaying PoT and I have forgotten which part of the timeline I am in, so, this summer I am going to watch the series again so I will know where I can enter the scenes.
