Elle: A little bit of Sam/Jules fluff, I came up with the idea in chem. today. It's probably one of the shortest fics I've written but here goes…enjoy :)
Try Explaining This One to Ed
Jules rolled over in her sleep and draped her arm around the man next to her. It was Monday and all of team on had the weekend off. Yesterday Jules and Sam had gone to the beach. Jules being a farm girl poured on the high SPF while Sam the desert kid…
"Ow, FUCK!" Jules woke up with a start to see Sam sitting up. He was bare-chested and his skin was bright red. Jules stifled a small giggle.
"Well that's what you get for not using the proper SPF," Jules scolded Sam playfully. Sam leaned back on the bed and Jules curled up next to him. "I thought you were a desert kid anyway."
"Yeah I am," Sam said. "But FYI I was usually in gear from head to toe over there."
"Sit up," Jules said sitting up as well. She wasn't lobster red but her liberal use of sunscreen had given her a nice tan which Sam found quite sexy. She got out of bed and went into the bathroom. Sam laid there for a few minutes before she came back holding a bottle of Aloe Vera gel.
"What's that for?" Sam asked sitting up. Jules climbed back up onto the bed and knelt behind him. She squirted a small amount of gel into her palm and began rubbing it into Sam's sunburn.
"Better?" she asked rubbing his shoulders. Sam nodded before grabbing Jules from behind and pinning her to the bed.
"Much," he said with a playful smile.
"You're all sticky," Jules laughed but she was cut off when Sam's lips came crashing into hers.
"How is it that you apply sunscreen and get tan and I turn bright red?" Sam said between kisses.
"I don't know," Jules laughed. She pushed Sam off her (but not in a bad way) and proceeded to get dressed. Sam started at her before she threw his clothes at him. Sam pulled his shirt over his head and winced slightly as the fabric pulled over his sunburn.
"Jules," he said cautiously.
"Mmm?" she answered.
"If can barely pull a shirt over my head how the hell am I going to be able to wear the vest if we get called today?"
Jules pondered her answer for a moment. "Yeah, how are we going to explain this one to Ed?"
