Stuck inside the hell that is Eurus' prison, Sherlock must make a decision. John? Or Mycroft? What if he did pull the trigger?

But there was blood on the wall and Mycroft was on the ground and John was screaming. Why was John screaming? Sherlock didn't shoot John.
