AN: I share a math class with bowieisamazing01, and we discussed the fact that there are no Jareth/Hoggle fics (at least that we've been able to find). We decided to remedy the situation. He had always resented his height. It was, of course, perfectly average for a dwarf, but the coward in him hated how others towered over him. It was rare that his size proved a blessing. But as the king threatened him with the bog, and he nervously defended himself, for once he wasn't staring at the ground. No, for once he looked straight ahead. And he had never appreciated his height more.
