"Ya, can I ask you something?" I mumbled as I pulled my lollipop out of my mouth and stepped with these words closer towards Midorima's desk, whereupon the green-haired simply looked at me, eyebrows slightly narrowed, with a mixture of confusion and a little distrust.
"What is that thing?" I continued, taking his silence as a go, as I nodded towards the huge cardboard cut-out of some blonde anime chick in a skimpy sailor uniform with two dumplings on her head which was placed right next to his desk.
"Obviously, you must not be familiar with Oha Asa's horoscopes.." He began, readjusting his glasses, "It's my lucky item for the day, nanodayo." He added as I cocked my head to the side and let my gaze wander between him and his Otaku merchandise, before suddenly snapping my fingers, like the enlightenment came upon me- a wide grin spreading across my face.
"Cancer!" I exclaimed loudly while pointing my lollipop at Midorima whose eyes widened in surprise as he immediately jumped up from his seat.
"How did you know that?!" He asked confused as a simply shrugged with my shoulders sticking the candy back into my mouth.
"Don't know. You simply seem like one." I said with a sparkle in my eye, ready to leave and go to my seat as I stopped mid-movement and turned around on my heel, staring almost intrusively at the green-haired with a serious expression.
"Blood Type B." I added, reaping another hopelessly taken aback expression from the green-haired who was trying his best to keep his jaw from dropping as I simply gave him a playful wink and then walked off, plopping down on my seat and taking my vibrating phone out of my pocket.

Takao Kazunari: Emiru-chan! Did it work~!?
My lips curled into a smile, as I typed out a reply.
You: Yes~! You should have seen his face, Kazunari!
The moment I hit send I could already hear Takao's roaring laughter echoing through the hallways, as I pressed my fingertips against my lips to keep myself from getting infected by it as I watched him step over the threshold and entered the classroom, one hand on his belly and the other wiping away his laughing tears.
"Oi, Shin-chan!" He called out with grin as his gaze landed on the head of green-hair, but it turned quickly into a pout as he realized his friend didn't even seem to notice him.
"Nee, Shin-chaaan! I'm talking to you!" Takao began again with a small sigh as he absent-mindedly threw his backpack into the direction of his seat right next to the green-haired's. - Since Takao is on the basketball team, you might think there could be no way he would miss such a throw, but he did, and instead of landing on his desk his backpack flew into Midorima's anime cardboard cut-out and kicked it over.
On the good side, this definitely ripped him out of his trance and now Takao had his attention. On the bad side, it was not the attention Takao wanted.
"My lucky item..! Takao..!" Midorima yelled, shock turning to anger, as the black-haired immediately froze. His mind was probably trying to figure out the fastest escape route out of the classroom, however his thoughts of escaping his friend's wrath evaporating within the second as the green-haired grabbed him by his school uniform.
"H-He..he.. Sorry, Shin-chan..!" Takao apologized with a helpless smile on his face and a sweat-drop rolling down his forehead as I watched this whole scene like it was a movie at the cinema, eyes still glued on the scene while I pulled out my phone and typed out a new message.
You: Kazunari! Don't die out there!
