A.N.: I originally wrote this for my blog's Word of the Day Challenge for the word 'panoply' (a full suit of armour/full ceremonial attire; special dress and equipment). I tweaked it slightly to get it down to 100 words, but it's essentially the same.

"Do I have to wear this? It's got horns."
"Your father had this panoply made especially for your brother's crowning ceremony. He will not be pleased if you do not wear it."
"He won't be pleased with me no matter what I wear."
Frigga sighed; she took the helmet from him and reached up to place it onto his head. She smiled up at him.
"You look very handsome, Loki."
Loki's mouth twitched, his eyes glistening with mischief.
"More so than Thor?"
Frigga tutted. "Will the two of you never stop competing?"
"Not as long as he is my brother."
