Three loner kits, one mute, one deaf and one blind, are adopted by a Clan queen whose kits were stillborn. The Clan leader assumes the kits are born and names them after their disabilities. The kits, however are the only ones capable of stopping a deadly enemy of the Clan(s) because of these disabilities.
