(A/N: I figured that it would be best for me to make this fanfic for everyone who has seen the Forgotten + Minerva music video! I love the video, and this is what I thought would happen after all of the hell that Minerva and Albus was put through to get to that pinacle point in their lives. This is dedicated to Lily.)
Ah ah ah ah
Ah ah ah ah
I'm giving up on everything
Because you messed me up
Don't know how much you
Screwed it up
You never listened
That's just too bad
Because I'm moving on
I won't forget
You were the one that was wrong
I know I need to step up and be strong
Don't patronize me
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
[Chorus]
Have you forgotten
Everything that I wanted
Do you forget it now
You never got It
Do you get it now
Yea yea yea yea yea
Ah ah ah ah
Ah ah ah ah
Gotta get away
There's no point in thinking about yesterday
It's too late now
It won't ever be the same
We're so different now
Yea yea yea yea yea
[Chorus]
I know I wanna run away
I know I wanna run away
Run away
If only I could run away
If only I could run away
Run away
I told you what i wanted I
I told you what i wanted
What I wanted
But I was forgotten
I won't be forgotten
Never Again
[Chorus (2x)]
Forgotten
Yeah yeah yeah
Forgotten
Yeah yeah yeah
Forgotten
Yeah yeah yeah
Forgotten
Yeah yeah yeah
Minerva McGonagall looked around Albus Dumbledore's office as she remembered all of the past things that had gone on between the two before he became Transfigurations Professor, and then Headmaster of Hogwarts. She realized that it would do no use to tell anyone about what had occured the night before his death between them because no one would believe her even if she tried to explain things to them. She stood for a few more minutes remembering all the good and bad times that had happened before she sighed and said, "Albus I will always miss you. I just can't believe that you're actually gone from me for good."
As she said this, Albus smiled sadly in heaven looking down on her before going back to thinking about his life before and after he met Minerva McGonagall, but he soon realized that it would do no use to dwell on the past, and went on with his previous musings before he was startled by Minerva walking into what was now her office because of his death. Even though they both realized that it would do no use thinking about what could have been if he was still alive, they kept on remembering different situations that they had been placed in by fate's hand.
