Make My World Stop Spinning
Her world was spinning a hundred thousand miles around her. Her life was crashing at her feet; her parents were getting a divorce, her friends problems were becoming her own and their secrets were threatening to take over every thing they've worked for and ruin them. A had ruined so much in her life already and Aria was determined to keep this safe.
"You okay? You're looking all contemplatey..." Aria looks up at him, tired green eyes blinking cutely. Ezra smiles watching her, he rubs his hand over her face softly; soothingly.
"I'm fine." She smiles, resting back against him. Leaning down, Ezra presses a soft kiss against her forehead. "Promise me something." Aria whispers.
"Anything." Ezra replies with no hesitation.
"No matter what happens, no matter what you find out about me. Promise me that your arms will always be around me." She says looking up at him helplessly.
Ezra frowns. He doesn't say anything for a few minutes. He just lets Aria's words wash through him. He loved her. As wrong as it was, he was head over heels in love with her. She was perfect for him. No, they were perfect for each other.
"I promise." Ezra says, pulling her onto his lap even more. "There's nothing in this world that you could do or already have done that would make me want to hold you any less."
Ezra leans down and captures her lips in a soft, yet passionate kiss. And in that moment Aria's world stopped moving so fast around her, and she knew that no matter what happened next, as long as she had Ezra's arms around her she would be safe.
