"I know how you feel about her," I said. Bolin turned from the wardrobe to face me with a sweetly befuddled expression.

"Korra?" he prompted.

"Yes." I laughed. "You must have her on your mind, if you knew I was talking about her."

Bolin blushed. "Oh. Well. I like her," he replied, with a little cough to cover up his awkwardness.

I had to suppress another chuckle. "You don't just like her, though do you? I've seen how you look at her. You get these... stars in your eyes. You're infatuated." Bo opened his mouth to respond, but he was interrupted when Korra entered the room, practically bouncing with excitement after the match.

"Who gets stars in their eyes?" she asked with a grin. "You and Mako?" she added teasingly. She pushed her nose into the air and moved it back and forth, mimicking the Eskimo kisses Mako and I like to make, sending herself and Bolin into a roar of laughter. But Bo looked me in the eye, for only an instant, and gave me a glance that seemed to plead with me not to say anything more.

"It's not important," I answered. Relief spread over Bo's face. "I think I'd better go," I said slowly, an idea having popped into my mind. If I just leave them alone, maybe he'll have the courage to finally say something...

"See you later, Asami!" Korra said gaily.

"Bye, Asami," Bolin echoed. I patted his shoulder gently as I passed him and exited into the hallway. It'd be nice if they did get together, I thought. They'd be sweet. Almost as sweet as Mako and I are! my mind filled in. I quietly laughed at myself, and at Korra's imitation of us. It was accurate, I had to admit. But for Korra and Bolin's mocking, I wouldn't change it. Mako really is one of a kind.

Just like Bo. And Korra.

I'm very lucky.
