I hate time..It took my family...I don't care for eternity...I just want to sleep... (Story about Amy losing the last member of her family,It was originally supposed to be called 'The Broken Rose') *One-shot* I hope you like it (It may seem a bit grim to some people though)

Chronophobia

Time is projected so clearly; it goes on everywhere
Beautiful light deceives my eyes as usual
I sloppily tore the flickering image that's always next to me into pieces
You know, even if I close my eyes it's still there

Amy laid awake in her room,sorrowing over the loss of her family

I dislike everything about time
I don't care at all for evernity
The bitter words and their meanings don't accomplish anything
They've left intense scars and won't stop

Tick,Tock,goes the clock

Why exactly is that moon still waxing and waning?
I can hear that deeply warped noise so close to me

Some find it comforting, but this particular girl doesn't find it peaceful at all. It just won't stop ticking. It's ticking away her life.

I run a tightly gripped knife across my face
wanting that unpleasant sound to disappear

Eventually, it's going to stop ticking, and everything'll be over.

Don't touch me, don't come near me, sounds of time
Since I'm begging, just kill me already
Why, why do I keep seeing it
Please, stop it. Shut my eyes

She doesn't want it to control her life so much. She just wants the regular silence, but no.

There is no smile in my eyes
There is only the unstopping memory someone has violated me with

Even when she removes all the clocks in her home, she can still hear it keeping time,

I hate everything about time
I don't care at all for eternity
Why, why do I keep seeing it
Please, stop it. Let me sleep.

*Tick...Tock...Tick...Tock...*

Me:Short story,but I loved writing it nonetheless

This is kind of depressing if you think about it,Amy just wants to be with her family,where it's quiet,she doesn't care if she dies,she just wants silence..Silence
