The world seemed to stop
When ever you even looked my way
I felt as though it was only you and me
Smiling your silly grin at me
I felt like i was something special

I watched as she hit you so aggressivly
Feeling an anger grow inside of me
How she turned you down again and again
Never caring for you as I do
I saw that sad look on your face
It broke my heart to even watch
I felt as though you could take on anything
That you would truly become Hokage
I saw your depressed face when he left
As you promised her to bring him back
Wondering if you would ever make a promise to me
I felt ill when i saw you all bandaged up
Yet you still grinned that silly smile
We had little adventures together as you grew stronger
Each moment burned into my memory
I remember when you left for those long years
Vowing to keep up with you my love
You have changed so much since then
No longer shorter than everyone else
Still pursuing your dream to become Hokage
You have come so close to completing your promise
Wondering why you still care for her
She doesnt's understand you like I do
Know where your silly grins are fake

I thought I might faint when we went on that mission

I saw your expression turn from pained to happy
As you looked into my eyes and said something unexpected

As I saw your blue eyes for the last time
I hugged you tighter though you were already gone
