Saki Amamiya let out a sigh as he and a few others listened on as Waluigi went on about being a Smash Fighter.
"And that's-a why Waluigi is-a going to be a Smash Fighter! Waa!"
"You do realize that you've been an Assist Trophy twice now and a normal Trophy three times," replied Ashley as she continued to read the spell book she had. "Plus no one really likes you anyway, so you becoming a Smash Fighter is even more unlikely."
Waluigi glared at the little witch. He was about to throttle her when a gruff voice made him stop.
"Don't even think about," growled Magnus, casting Waluigi a side glare.
Saki decided to speak up before someone got hurt. "Look, I'm sure most of us would like to become a Smash Fighter in the next possible installment."
"Hn, agreed. Personally, I felt insulted when I was considered to be a Smash Fighter and then regulated to an Assist Trophy," said Takamaru, a frown on his face.
"At least you were considered. I apparently have been forgotten," stated Isaac with a sigh.
"Don't worry kid," replied Magnus. "Who knows, maybe you'll become DLC or something."
Isaac smiled at the thought. He really hoped he got his chance.
"Kukukuku! All of you mere mortals thinking you could compete with me in this manner," laughed an effeminate voice.
Everyone grimaced as they looked over at Ghirahim making his way over to them.
"What do you want, clown?" growled Magnus, not wanting to deal with Ghirahim right now.
The evil sword spirit glared at the warrior. "Silence, you fool! You can't speak to me that way!"
"I think I just did."
Ghirahim drew his sword, ready to strike down Magnus, who only grinned back and drew his own massive blade. Before the two could go at it though, Saki once again put an end to a potential fight.
"That's enough! Can we please go for a just a little while without wanting to kill each other?!"
"Saki-san is right," said Takamaru. "Fighting will get us nowhere at the moment."
"Despite the fact that we're talking about becoming Smash Fighters," replied the Earth Adept.
"How ironic," said Ashley, still reading her book. "Telling them to stop fighting so we can talk about fighting."
Ghirahim gave off a slight pout. "Hmph, very well. I still stand by what I said as I would be the one who will become a Smash Fighter before you mortals."
"Waa! If-a anyone is-a going to be a Smash Fighter, it's-a going to be-a me, Waluigi!" exclaimed the eggplant lover.
This of course got a whole new argument amongst the Assist Trophies, each claiming with their own reasons why they'll be Smash Fighters in the next installment.
Off to the side, Dillon had been watching on in silence. He merely shook his head as he watched his fellow Assist Trophies continue arguing. Of course, he too wished to be a Smash Fighter, but he was smart enough to keep quiet about it and be patient about it. Good things do come to those who wait after all.

A one-shot about some of the Assist Trophies discussing about being potential Smash Fighters, as requested by SammyW28 on deviantART. I am so sorry it took so long to get this out.
Anyway, with SSB4 I was actually a little disappointed that Little Mac was the only Assist Trophy from Brawl to become a Smash Fighter while characters like Saki and Isaac got the shaft (Isaac more so than Saki). Hopefully Isaac will be DLC for SSB4 and Saki and a few others will be playable in the possible next installment of the SSB series.
