I led my beautiful and (how cliché) blushing bride down the alter to the church doors and to our new life together. Her cheeks went from a stained pink to a bright red as the cameras started flashing and just then I heard a clap of thunder; of course the humans did not hear it over the clapping and cheering from the crowd. I spotted Alice's face and noticed the blank expression on her face and listened to the vision she was seeing. I smiled ruefully at myself and the expression on Bella's face that was sure to happen in the next 2 minutes. Bella didn't notice my reaction to Alice's vision as she is busy shielding herself from the pelts of rice Emmett was now pounding us with.

As I pushed the door open for Bella, I smiled as I saw the rain splattering the ground before us. I turned to Bella's face and saw the disappointment and shock on her face as she realised that her dress would get wet on the way to the limo. I pulled the umbrella I snagged from someone's bag on the way out and saw the lightened expression on her face.

But then I looked down at the trail on Bella's wedding dress. If I let her walk, the dress would surely be ruined. And if carried her she would surely object, but then I do love it when she gets angry, it's just like watching an angry kitten that believes it's a tiger. It is highly amusing to watch.

"Sorry love, but this must be done," I whispered into her ear, trying hard not to smile as her kitten-tiger pout came into my head. She opened her mouth to ask why no doubt, but before she could, I lifted her up bridal style and handed her the umbrella.

She took the umbrella in bewilderment and then began her kitten rant, "Put me down Edward. I can walk by myself thank you!" she protested.

"Love, you better open up that umbrella before the rains soaks that dress that Alice worked so hard making for you," I told her. I could see her lips pulling into an adorable pout, but followed otherwise.

The walk to the limousine was long when you're walking at a human pace. I could've run at vampire speed if it weren't for our human guests lingering around. A strong gust of wind blew through and tangled Bella's curls in her face as the umbrella swung wildly in her hands.

"Oh no," she exclaimed as the umbrella flew from her hands, getting her instantly soaked. I was surprised that Alice wasn't screaming at the top her lungs by now.

"Edward…" Bella whined and I had to chuckle at her adorable expression.

"What is it, love?" I asked her playfully.

"I don't like the rain," she sighed, snaking both her arms around my neck and laid her forehead against mine.

"Well, my dear Bella, I must disagree. I absolutely love the rain. It's really quite beautiful," I said as I placed a quick kiss on her lips.

"How can rain be beautiful? It makes everything wet and soggy," she complained.

"It's beautiful because you're in it," I whispered in her ear and kissed her cheek as a lovely blush appeared.
