"Come on Jam!" Sirius was pulling James' arm, trying to get him to Gryffindor common room.

"No, I really don't want to play."

"Come on Jamie!" Sirius whined. James rolled his eyes and gave in.

Downstairs there was a small circle, Remus, Lily, Molly, Arthur, Alice, Frank, and Mary.

"Oi Sirius! You and James?" Remus shouted. Lily and Molly were talking about charms, Mary and Alice were cleaning out the bottle with a jinx, and Arthur and Frank were examining a muggle artifact.

"Yeah after he whined…" James spoke softly to himself.

"Come on," Remus pated the floor next to him. "Sit down." He gave a weak smile. The two boys filled in the rest of the circle just as the bottle was clean.

"Alright, who's spinning first?" James asked impatiently.

"Why not Sirius?" Lily sneered, crossing her arms.

"Oh shut up Lily! Just because Snivillus can't come, doesn't mean anything!" Mary bitched.

"You're just jealous that he doesn't like you!" Lily shot back.

"You know what Evans!" Remus jumped in between them, hands held out so they wouldn't attack.

"Girls!" They stopped sneering but they kept the glare. He turned to Lily. "Lil, if you want to get Severus then go ahead and get him." He turned to Mary. "Mary, you need to leave Lily alone."

James and Sirius exchanged surprised looks, and then went back to the girls. Lily had marched out to get Severus while Mary moved closer to Alice.

"I'll go…" Sirius said. Lily and Severus returned only a minute later and Sirius spun the bottle.

James' cheeks got red once the bottle stopped. Alice burst into laughter.

"Go on Jamie!" Another laugh, "Have fun kissing a boy!" Lily, Remus, Sirius, Molly, Severus, AND James all shot her a dirty look.

"I don't know if we should…" James made sure only Sirius was able to hear him.

"James, we snog all the time, why is it a big deal now?" Sirius whispered back.

"We don't… Snog in front of people though." Sirius moved his head to face James. The only thing that Sirius and James could see were each other.

This would usually happen when they felt romantic. Slowly, the boys inched closer to each other.

Like every other time, Sirius' lips were hard while James' were soft. In almost an instant the boy's tongues were tangling together like knots. Sirius leaned more into James.

"BOYS!" The two immediately pulled away. "For Merlin's sake boys!" Mary said.

Remus was with Lily and Severus, them already knowing James and Sirius were attracted to each other.

Alice and Mary looked grossed out. Arthur, Frank, and Molly were all blushing and looking away.

"See, I told you you'd be fine." Sirius giggled, giving James a you-know-you-want-more smile.

"You're so twisted, Sirius." James laughed.

"I do come from a house of Slytherin's!" The game continued, but James refused to play, which also made Sirius stop.

Remus didn't regret letting them leave. He knew it was best.
