He raised his hand above his head, intending to slap it down on his arm to activate the omnitrix, when something firmly seized his wrist in a painful grip. Snapping his head up in surprise, Ben attempted to glance behind him to see who had interrupted his plans.
Craning his neck around, Ben caught sight of a large red alien, one of its four hands being the thing preventing him from fighting back. The tetramand roughly twisted Ben's arm behind him, pinning it against his back as he wrapped two of his other arms around Ben's chest, pulling him backwards to hug the small human securely to his chest, lifting him a few inches off the ground in the process.
Quickly and without warning, the alien's fourth hand mashed a white cloth against Ben's mouth and nose, crushing his head back against the alien's broad chest. Ben cried out in shock, his voice muffled by the thick fabric of the material. The foul stench of the cloth was overwhelming, and Ben's eyes began to water.
With his right arm pinned between him and the tetramand, Ben instinctively brought his left arm up to grab at the hand currently suffocating him. His fight or flight sense kicked in, and Ben began to push backwards against his assailant. He kicked his legs out in an attempt to throw his captor off balance, but to no avail.
Ben's desperate attempts to free himself weren't working, but the effects of the chloroform certainly were. He began to feel sick and dizzy, and his struggles became weaker. He was breathing hard and fast, the more fumes he breathed in, the weaker he felt. The red alien leaned his head down closer to speak softly into Ben's ear.
"Here we go… easy now kid, just breathe nice and deep. Let the sedative do its job." The tetramand cooed into Ben's ear, squeezing him tighter against his chest in order to support him.
Ben began rapidly blinking his eyes as they slowly became unfocused and blurry. His muscles started to relax in response to the drug, and his left arm slipped from the large hand holding the cloth to his face to dangle limply at his side. The alien smiled.
"Almost over, kiddo…" He stated, his eyes shifting downwards to monitor the human's breathing. Ben's chest was now slowly rising and falling, his eyes reduced to mere slits as they gazed blankly ahead. Ben's body was now completely unresponsive, his vision rapidly fading as he was reduced to a catatonic state.
The last thing Ben heard was the tetramand's deep chuckle of satisfaction, the bass-like vibrations of his voice resounding throughout his chest as well as against Ben's head.
