Her secret

Chapter one: Like pancakes

Agatha looked at her village, now out of her reach, the bumpy ride made it uncomfortable for her, her kidnappers were busy having a conversation on how much money they were going to make snagging a filthy villager like herself. Agatha saw the endless trees, hoping a wolf will pounce and kill her kidnappers setting her free. Agatha on several occasions thought about attacking them. But they can easily overpower her. Agatha turned towards her left, the village was gone. Any hopes of her returning was gone. She's never been outside of the woods before.

She started stroking her long messy black hair, and made sure to keep her eyes covered through her messy bangs. She didn't want to cry, she didn't want to show that she was weak, wherever she is headed to, she knows she can never return home, She has no one to return too now, but she'll find a way, a way to escape. " This is no ending... " whispered Agatha, " But only a beginning." She dug in her dirty black dress to find a golden locket, the most expensive thing she's ever owned, she opened it up, a ripped picture. Her tears started welling up, but she did not cry. " Don't cry Aggie, don't cry. " she kept thinking in her head. Over and over, like how her mother used to flip her pancakes, over and over, till they were golden brown.
