Galadriel, the Lady of the Galadhrim & Queen of Laurelindórenan
Elves take joy in watching
The change in the seasons.
The enchantment of Hrívë (winter),
With it's cold air and white purity.
I used to be pure, a bright light,
In the warm rain of Tuilë (spring).
I wanted my life to be happy
In the joy of Lairë (summer)'s sun,
Warming everything with my touch.
But, my life is like the wind,
My thoughts a breeze,
Feeling truly free in Lasse-lanta (autumn).

Éowyn, the Shieldmaiden of Rohan & Princess of Ithilien
I've been told my hair is like summer,
My face reflecting the sun's rays.
My thoughts only started to yield,
Spring inching into my mind.
Summer hasn't touched me,
Since my mother passed,
Bringing such sorrow to our house.
We all lost our own lives.
Like the wind of autumn,
My darkness passed.
I entered the winter not cold,
Only happy for my coming life.

Arwen, the Evenstar of Imladris & Queen of Gondor and Arnor
Time is so different here,
The wild calls for us to fly.
Summer is just starting,
Our happiness shows in the sky.
Still, like the wind, time will pass,
Autumn comes close to an end.
The cold frost of winter touches,
I loose another year of life.
But it is always followed,
By such growth, renewal.
I know spring is a life,
That I chose to live.

Rose, the Sweet Maiden of the Shire & Mistress of Bag End
There is no beauty greater,
Than all the colors at my home.
My hair blows like the wind,
Autum's colors burn in my mind.
But, they are cooled by winter's fall,
Snow covering all wounds.
The spring shows buds in the Shire,
I only begin to open to the world.
Summer is my comfort, my true home.
I will forever smile at the sun.

We are all like the wind.
