A/N: This is a fictionalized telling of me trying to catch a certain Pokémon in Pokémon White 2. I'm a little rusty with writing in first person so this is practice for me, enjoy.

I had been to Route 4 many times in the past. I had caught every Pokémon there except one, Relicanth. I was trying my luck in the Ripples that's were the PokeDex say they will be. So as soon as I had seen one I cast my line and all I had gotten for my troubles was a Qwilfish. I allowed my Jolteon to attack it for the experience. Within a matter of minutes another Ripple appeared, again I cast my line and it was a Lumineon. Again I sent out my Jolteon to deal with it, all I ever seem to get were either Lumineon or Qwilfish. I was starting to get frustrated with not finding the one Pokémon I wanted.

I stood on the shore just waiting and waiting for another Ripple. The constant sand storm that was on Route 4 was blowing right in to my face. My eyes begun to water as grains of sand flew in to them. I tried to cover my face with the bill of my hat, I could do nothing for my long hair as it flew around me expect keep it out of my face; I was able to clear my eyes so I could continue keeping watch on the ocean. There were two fishermen standing along the shore next to me but I didn't talk to them, they never said anything interesting or helpful anyway.

Then I saw a third Ripple in the water, I cast my line and crossed my fingers just hoping. Luck was on my side this time and there was a Relicanth on my line. I was cheering already for at least finding one. I quickly sent out my Jolteon then thought better of it and returned him. I sent out my Ambipom, my Pokémon was a higher level than the ancient fish. It used an Ancient Power on him, the damage was small but then he got buffered by the sand storm so I decided to return him as well.

As my third Pokémon I sent out my Samurott, I wanted my starter Pokémon to be with me in this moment. They were both buffered by the sand storm as I threw a Quick ball at it. The ball shook once before it broke out. I cursed under my breath as the fish used an Ancient Power on my water type. As my highest leveled Pokémon he took it as if it was nothing, I threw another Quick ball at the Relicanth. It shook once, twice, and a third time then I heard the click I've been waiting to hear for months now. The ball was transported away to the PC as I threw my arms around my Samurott's neck. My Pokémon cheered along with me in a deep rumble. I was so happy I didn't even notice the two fishermen next to us.

"Yes finally", I shouted in to the wind.

A/N: Well please tell how I did. Compliments and Criticism are welcome and appreciated, thank you. And if anyone is interested feel free to check out my Diablo and Naruto crossover, Three stars of destruction, that would be great. Thank you for your time, have a great day.
