Black and Blue

Spitz gave out a threatening hiss, his blue eyes darkening as black surrounding the color. Riaz just growled, lunging forward in an attempt to tackle the other male, only to be kicked right in the face. He went down, landing in a pile of dry leaves. He charged forward, punching Riaz in the gut when he tried to get up. The two tumbled to the ground, Spitz atop Riaz as he punched him repeatedly.

"Had enough?!" Spitz's scratchy voice howled out as he looked down at the bloody male. Riaz just coughed up blood before he threw his enemy off.

"What does it look like?" he laughed, rushing forward. He grabbed Spitz by his throat, lifted him up, and slammed him onto the ground. When the boy tried to get back up, Riaz slammed his foot down on his spine, earning a cry from the boy. He also heard the sound of something cracking, and had to stop. Spitz lay there, motionless and face down in the dirt.

"S-Spitz?" Riaz gently tapped the boy, gasping quietly when he didn't respond. "Spitz! C'mon, this isn't funny!"

Fear rushed through his body. He didn't want to kill the boy! He just wanted to ruff him up a bit; to show he was truly stronger! He turned to run off, only to be tackled to the ground.

"Where ya going, friend?" Spitz asked, smiling widely as he snaked his hand around and grabbed the boy's throat. "The fun's just begun!"

"Hey, Spitz!" The male looked up, seeing two familiar people. "We know you ain't gonna start without us~!"

"Yeah! Grim and I have been waiting for some fun!" Azrael laughed as he looked at Riaz. "And this is the perfect opportunity!"

Spitz smiled, watching as his friends walked over, Grim holding a metal bat as Azrael had some rope in his hands. Spitz stood up, allowing Azrael to tie the rope to Riaz's foot. When the boy tried to run, Grim hit his leg with the bat, making him fall to the ground and cry in pain.

"Stop crying, dude!" she laughed, watching as Azrael threw the other end of the rope over a tree branch and lift the boy effortlessly up. "There's nothing to scream about yet!"

For the next ten minutes, which felt like a lifetime for Riaz, Grim and Spitz had the time of their lives as they beat the life out of the boy. When they were done, Azrael let go of the rope, allowing him to fall to the ground with a thud.

"I thought I... broke your spine!" Riaz coughed out, looking at Spitz. "You should be... d-dead!"

"I'm already dead!" Spitz laughed, giving him another swift kick to the stomach. "I was killed when I was nine!"

"There's a reason why we're called "Deathly Nights", bro!" Grim spoke, smiling down at him. "We're all undead! You can't kill us! Well, you can, but we're more awesome than anyone and it will probably never happen!"

The three left, leaving Riaz in his own blood. He just laid there in agony, feeling himself slipping in and out of reality.

"Shh, child," Riaz slowly looked up, seeing a beautiful woman standing there. "My name is SaulÄ—. I'm here to help you!"

She gently placed her hand on his forehead. Riaz felt warmth fill his body and no longer felt the pain. Though, as he slowly slipped into sleep, he heard the woman say 'Be more careful next time'.

A/N: So, I'm making a new OC, and because my Gimp isn't working (Mein Gott, I miss it! ;~;), I decided to make a story for him! Yay! If I can, I'll make a picture of him soon with the full info. Love you all!

PS: SaulÄ— is actually the goddess of life, and will show up more often with Riaz, as Hades might with Deathly Nights. What's up with all these Greek gods? We're doing Greek mythology in English, and I like it. :3
