A/n: This one's been sitting around for a while on my memory stick. Just a short Ficlet. Hope you like.

Lonely.

That was it. Just lonely.

No one seemed to be bothering with her.

People were passing through the Burrow at all hours of the day, all too absorbed in their own bussiness, in the War to care about what Ginny was doing, what she was feeling.

Molly had forbidden Ginny to have any part in the War. She had argued, had begged, to try and convince her parents to let her help, but Molly was having none of it.

Hogwarts had closed months before. The Governors had thought that after Dumbledores death and the increased threat of the War it was best for all if the school closed. It wasn't best for Ginny, she resented the decision they had made, she had nothing to do, nothing to work for. She felt helpless, useless, frustrated. She needed to do something, to help in some way. It was just finding the way.

Harry, Ron and Hermione had been staying at the Burrow. They spent most of their time holed up in Rons room. When they did emerge Harry spent his time avoiding her, Ron was well Ron and Hermione seemed to have her head stuck in some book or another all day. Ginny knew they would be leaving at some point. She didn't know when but knew it'd most probably be in secret, them sneaking away in the middle of the night. Leaving their empty beds to be found in the morning.

Leaving her even more alone.

She had no one.

She was lonely.

That was it. Just lonely.
