Disclaimer: Hey everyone! i wrote another poem that was from my early bird class. It is about how Lily remembers her father. Hope you guys like it and please read and review! Oh, and I own nothing, it's all of J. K. Rowling's brilliant ideas!

The Memory Locket

It hangs around her neck so light and fine,

And has a touch of elegancy shine.

Reminding her of times when she was young,

When not a care in the world graced her tongue.

When she got It; she remembered it well,

Her dad gave It to her with a bluebell.

She kept that flower in her room 'til die

Only to hear her father make her cry.

He passed away when she was gone elsewhere

Not having time to say how much she cared.

Since then, not having It out of her sight

She wore It every morning, noon, and night.

When she thinks about it around her neck,

She almost has to keep her tears in check.

She tries to think of all the laughing times,

And soon gets lost in her memory lines.

If you see a dazed girl with a locket,

Know that she has had a lot to merit.
