Darth Vader hadn't felt emotions like these in Long time.

Love. Love for his son.

Fear. Fear of the fact that he won't be able to see his son grow old and have children of his own.

Compassion. Compassion for the boy- no, the man who set him free.

Acceptance. Acceptance of it all.

And so, as Darth Vader, last of the Lords of the Sith, said his dying words, he remembered two crucial things.

One, he had learned to love again.

Two, that someone loved him in return.

This was just a quick little side project that I wanted to make. If you liked this then be sure to check out my other story, Death on Endor (in a literal sense). It's still in progress, while this is just a one shot.
