The rain fell down, as hard as it had all year.

The hand of Lizzie McGuire wiped off the foggy window, so she could see again. But it was no use, her breath that lay on the window just made it foggy again.

She sighed and went back to her math homework that she had five pages assigned to her that weekend. But, before she could get too far, the phone rang, making her jump out of her skin.

"I've got it!" She yelled so her mother didn't have to grab it. "Hello?"

"Hey, Lizzie," The voices of her former best friends, Miranda and Gordo both said at the same time.

"Hi, you guys. I hate math," Lizzie complained to them.

"I love math," Gordo responded.

It was sure enough of Gordo, a 16-year-old semi-genius to love math. He loved school. Neither Miranda, nor Lizzie, no matter how close they were to him, could figure out why or how.

"Yeah, well, I kinda have more important stuff on my mind then our homework. This guy, he asked me out after school. He caught me at my car," Miranda explained.

"Did you say yes?" Lizzie asked, even though she thought she knew the answer.

"Well, yes! I had to."

"Yeah, because it's impossible for you to say the word 'no'," Gordo commented.

They talked for about an hour more and then they all had to go.

A.N. How do you like it? Please rate if you'd like me to go on or not. Thanks, xoxoxoxo.
