Hi all, here is something I just wanted to post; this takes place as Ahsoka leaves the order. Enjoy and review!

Disclaimer: I own nothing.

Ahsoka's POV

She wanted nothing to do with the Jedi anymore, couldn't anyone understand? It was too annoying and so stupid to even try to argue with the council, and she knew it was better to just state your reasons and walk away.

So why couldn't Anakin leave her alone? Couldn't anybody understand her pain and loss? Apparently no. Her best friend betrayed her, she was accused of a crime she would never commit, and barely anybody even tried to defend her.

Ahsoka hated life, everything about it. So she made her decision. Her last choice. Her destiny.

She looked thoughtfully at the object in her hand. It was an object which would help choose her destiny. And nobody was there to stop her.

Anakin's POV

Anakin looked up at the sound of a knock at his door. "Enter," he muttered. He was meditating, something he rarely did.

He looked up as he saw his former master come in."Anakin," he said in a sort of choked voice. "The council has something to tell you."

As he followed Obi wan, he still worried about his padawan. Yep, no matter what, Ahsoka would always be his padawan.

Inside the room the council members were strangely fidgety and quiet. Anakin waited for a council member to speak; finally one spoke up. It was Master Windu.

"Knight Skywalker, something terrible has happened." Anakin looked at the Master's eye as if urging him to continue. "Some children found the dead body of Padawan Tano."

Anakin's gaze turned to a flurry of emotions. Anger, disbelief, sorrow, but most of all they saw defeat. He was shocked—no, Ahsoka couldn't be dead, it had to be some messed up joke. But it wasn't. And Anakin could feel it—no, even see it on the council's faces. Plo Koon's face was in his hands, Obi wan looked miserable, Shaak Ti's eyes were screwed shut, most of the masters looked calm, but were deeply saddened.

It was no joke.

Ahsoka's body made him feel uncomfortable, even though the death looked painless, it wasn't his Ahsoka. His Ahsoka was full of life, happiness, and light, and most of all, was not dead. Obi wan spoke up. "She left a note for you." He handed Anakin a blood-smeared piece of a crate.

And only a few simple words were smeared on it.

So much for life.

Anakin wiped away a few stray tears. It was his fault. He could have stopped her from doing this, he could have followed her and kept her from killing her self. Why her? They were like siblings to each other, joking, saving each other's skin, fighting, sharing...

Why?

Hi guys... I know, I know, "I'm so heartless, so mean."

"Why did you kill Ahsoka? We love her!"

Yada, yada, yada. Whatever. However, if you don't think that, I thank you, because oviously I don't hate Ahsoka, and I only want to make a story.

There. I'm done. Anyways, reveiw! Tell me about it, and check out my other stories, thank you! ;)
