I just thought it was cute... Raimiverse.
English is not my first language, sorry for any mistakes.
Peter ran around the room, opening drawers and closets, trying to see if he wasn't forgetting anything.
He and Harry were planning to travel to the beach for weeks. Between boring meetings and new researches in the laboratories, the two decided it was time to take a good vacation and rest, leaving behind the stress of the city.
The destinations were almost endless, and with all wealth and fame that the Osborn had, it would be easy to go around earth stopping in all tourist cities. Sure, they could show the press how rich they were, maybe even do interviews during the trip, except that it was not Harry's style, much less Peter's.
It was unanimous the decision of going to a remote local, where they could spend time together and do things they liked without bothering to have it printed in the news.
The first idea was the mountains. Ski. Snow. Hot chocolate. Blankets. Many kisses. Peter's grimace was answer enough.
The second option would be one of those small towns, hidden in the forests, filled with flowers, lakes, nature. And Harry said he would be doomed the day he spent his precious vacation in a place where even internet didn't work.
Finally, after a brief discussion that ended in tickles and kisses, they decided to go to the beach. One in particular, where the water was almost transparent and cottages served as homes for the visitors, caught their attention. And then, with reservations made and paid, the only thing left was pack up and go to the airport at the scheduled date.
"Pete, are you ready?" – Harry called from the apartment door, ending his call to the taxi company.
"Aye aye captain!" – the brunet approached his husband, holding a backpack that contained basic things needed for a trip of a few hours.
The redhead, seeing him, smiled, hugging the lad's waist and giving him a sweet kiss on the lips.
"Remember when we liked to pretend to be other persons?" – Harold asked, pulling strands of hair out of Peter's eyes.
"Like that time when you was Superman and I Batman?" – the Parker asked, amused.
"Yeah, but this time we don't use masks. Nor capes" – Harry placed a cap on his beloved head, judging that the normal clothes were a great disguise; paparazzi were terrible when they wanted.
With one last look around and a kiss, the two closed the door, ready to leave.
Harry put sunglasses and held his husband hand, going toward the elevator.
"And I prefer that time when you dressed as Wonder Woman" – of course, it happened when they were five years old, but it was worth bringing the subject up just to see Peter flustered.
"But you're much better than me when you were Batgirl, remember?" – it earned a few laughs and a light punch in the arm.
"You nerd"
"Love ya!" – Peter replied smiling, winning a wet kiss from his husband.
"I know" – and with that the two entered the taxi, heading straight to the airport, ready to take that well deserved vacation that, they hoped, would last for days.
